A New Chapter for NABU
We are turning the page at NABU, and are thrilled to announce that Camille Park, NABU’s COO since January 2024, is assuming the role of CEO. With her deep expertise, strategic leadership, and steadfast belief in the power of literacy, Camille is poised to lead NABU into an exciting future of growth and impact.
This transition has been long-planned and we are grateful to NABU’s Board of Directors for shepherding the organization through this critical transition. We are especially grateful to Isabel Sheinman for serving as our Interim CEO over the last seven months and supporting Camille in this leadership transition. Isabel’s leadership and unwavering dedication have led to extraordinary outcomes for NABU.
Under Camille’s leadership, NABU will evolve from a book publisher into a fully-fledged edtech platform. This transformation will enhance learning experiences with personalized tools, animated stories, and richer educational content. By expanding our digital reach, strengthening partnerships, and collaborating with local providers and tech companies, we will reach even more children in remote areas, ensuring greater access to literacy and learning.
Please join us in celebrating Isabel’s contributions and welcoming Camille into this new role!
