The NABU team is excited to introduce our new Director of Technology: the highly skilled and experienced Harold Brew! Harold brings a wealth of knowledge, a proven track record, and a deep passion for technological innovation, all of which will drive NABU's mission forward.

Harold is a seasoned technology leader with a distinguished career in engineering and technical support. His extensive experience and commitment to technological excellence make him a strategic asset to our team. With his extensive background, Harold is well-equipped to oversee our technology strategy and ensure we remain at the forefront of digital innovation.

Harold Brew’s career is distinguished by his leadership and technical expertise across several pivotal roles. Before joining NABU, he was a Mobile Financial Service Engineer at Ericsson Ghana, where he managed and monitored platform services, implemented new features, and ensured the stability of financial systems. At Millicom (Tigo), Harold served as Applications Support Engineer & Solutions Architect, focusing on optimizing applications and supporting core business functions through system optimization, technical troubleshooting, and in-depth testing.

He further demonstrated his capability as a Technical Support Manager at Transsnet Payments Ghana Limited, overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives while providing crucial technical advice. Most recently, as Head of Engineering at Spektra Technologies Limited, Harold led engineering efforts to enhance product development and technical support, showcasing his ability to manage technical teams and drive innovation. Harold's extensive experience in these roles underscores his proficiency in managing complex projects and delivering effective solutions in dynamic technology environments.

Harold's passion for technology and innovation extends beyond his professional roles. He is dedicated to leveraging technology to solve complex problems and drive positive change. His collaborative approach and strategic mindset make him an ideal fit for leading NABU's technology initiatives.
