Introduced to us by current board member, Sashi Valtz, Helen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in client relations and governance, particularly in the alternative investments and digital assets industry. Based in Lisbon, she’s eager to give back to causes she is passionate about.
Helen has formerly held investment fund and non-executive director positions, with a strong background in governance and compliance. Her expertise in these areas will be invaluable as we continue to navigate the complex landscape of global literacy initiatives. Helen's understanding of regulatory requirements, process improvements and control frameworks and her commitment to ethical business practices will ensure that NABU maintains the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
